Services Offered
We provide a range of services including Dermatology and ENT consultations, ENT treatments, minor Skin Surgery procedures and Mole Mapping. Detailed information about each service can be found on our website or by contacting our clinic.
Patient Registration and Appointments
Registration Process: Patients must complete a registration form providing accurate personal and medical information. Patients will be asked to complete and sign a consent form at the time of registration. This will form part of their medical records.
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Patients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees and Payment Terms
Pricing: Our fees are based on the type of service provided. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request and is available on our website.
Payment Methods: No insurance work is undertaken, and all patients will be self-paying. Payments will be by card or via the online booking portal.
Billing: At the time of booking an appointment patients will be asked to provide their card payment details via the secure payment portal. All Dermatology, ENT and Mole Mapping consultations are to be paid in full at the time the appointment is booked. Treatmentsand Skin Surgery procedures will require payment in full at the time of booking. Patients will be sent a text message enabling payment.
Insurance and Refunds
Insurance Claims: We do not work with insurance providers.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in cases of billing errors or if a service is cancelled by the clinic. Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) within 30 days of the service date.
Patient Responsibilities
Compliance with Treatment Plans: Patients are expected to follow the treatment plans prescribed by their healthcare providers.
Providing Accurate Information: Patients must provide accurate and complete information about their medical history and current health status. Patients must sign a consent form prior to the undertaking of any procedure.
Clinic Responsibilities
Quality of Care: We are committed to providing high-quality care in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
Confidentiality: Patient information is protected in compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
Cancellations and Terminations
Cancellation of Appointment Policy: At The Private Medical Group, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to all our patients. To maintain operational efficiency and ensure availability for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
- Patients may cancel an appointment free of charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the consultation or treatment.
Did Not Attend (DNA): If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full cost of the consultation or treatment will be charged.
Emergency Consideration: In cases of sudden illness or emergencies, fees may be waived at the discretion of The Private Medical Group on a case-by-case basis. Patients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible in such circumstances.
Termination of Services: The clinic reserves the right to terminate services if a patient repeatedly fails tocomply with this policy, breaches our terms and conditions, or engages in inappropriate behaviour.
We value your cooperation with this policy, which enables us to optimise our scheduling, minimise disruptions, and continue providing the highest standard of care to all patients.
Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability: The clinic is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from treatments, except in cases of negligence.
Disclaimers: The clinic does not guarantee specific results from treatments.
